This programme is for businesses that have been up and running for a couple of years or more, have a turnover £180,000 or more, a small team – and big ambitions. If you’re ready to take your business to the next level, this is the package for you.

What you get

With this coaching, you’ll have monthly meetings with Jacquie and:

  • Track your numbers and make smarter decisions
  • Run marketing campaigns that get results
  • Manage staffing, outsourcing, and strategy
  • Streamline your systems so things run more smoothly

Plus, you’ll get:

  • Support at meetings – Jacquie will join you at up to three key meetings a year to ensure you’re making the right decisions.
  • Regular check-ins to make sure your numbers are on track.
  • Unlimited critiques of your marketing.
  • WhatsApp access for quick advice when you need it.

This is a rolling three-month programme with a six-month minimum, so you’ve got time to see real results.

Each quarter, you’ll have a planning session to set goals that will move your business forward. These go into a shared plan that both of us can see.

In the interim months, you’ll have a check-in call to review progress, stay on track and get clear advice.
