If you don’t know where you’re going, how can you plan the route? Running a business isn’t just about working hard – it’s about getting to where you want to be. So we’ll start by finding out what you really want.

For business coaching to work, you need to get in the zone. That might mean letting go of old habits, questioning what’s holding you back, and being open to new ways of thinking and working.

I’ll help you get on top of your numbers (things like profit, cash flow, what it costs to get a customer, and how much they spend). When you track the right numbers, you can make better decisions.

Every business needs a steady flow of customers. We’ll put in place smart marketing that attracts the right people, helps you turn enquiries into sales, and keeps customers coming back.

If we work together through my one-to-one coaching programme, I’ll help you build the ultra-successful business you deserve.
We’ll have regular Zoom calls where I’ll guide you through what to do and support you as you put it into action.
If you’re stuck on something important, I’ll step in to help you (or a team member) get it done. I’ll also give detailed feedback on your copy, ideas or marketing whenever you need it — something my clients find really valuable.
During the programme, you’ll follow a simple but powerful system I’ve used myself — and seen work time and again. So together, we’ll create the key parts of your marketing, and I’ll help you understand your numbers so you can feel confident you’re making the right decisions.
You’ll also have access to me via WhatsApp – so you can ask quick questions between sessions. I’ll always reply within the time we agreed – and usually very quickly.
There’s just one word of warning. My system will only work for you if you’re fully committed. If you’re not ready to take action or treat your business seriously, I’m almost certainly not the right fit.
