From the first meeting with Jacquie I knew she was the person who could help me with my business.   I completed her BGAP Coaching Programme, there were 4 of us on the course.

Jacquie created a supportive and encouraging environment, making it easy to reflect, grow, and to understand my business from another angle.   The balance between theory and real-life application, helped me gain clarity on my business goals and to develop a stronger sense of direction.

I recently have been attending group business coaching sessions with Jacquei at Vector Business Coaching, and it was a genuinely valuable experience.
My main reason for joining was to challenge my thinking, step outside the usual day-to-day mindset, and explore new ways to grow the business  while looking to find ways to maintain a healthy balance between work, life, and family.

The session gave me exactly that. It offered a fresh perspective and introduced some really interesting concepts that I hadn’t considered before. More importantly, they weren’t just theoretical  they were practical ideas that I’ve already started implementing.

I had a fantastic experience with Vector Business Coaching, working with Jacquie. The sessions were really well structured and provided a clear framework to think differently about my business.

Jacquie struck the perfect balance between support and accountability — she challenged me in the right way and kept me focused on taking action, not just generating ideas.

I came away with a huge number of practical ideas I could implement straight away, and the group dynamic was an added bonus. I met some great people, which made the experience even more valuable.

💡I just knew there was a great connection with Jacquie when I first met her last September 2025 at a Networking group. I just knew that I needed her help and guidance as an ex-full time teacher moving into my Sound Therapy business- Echobliss Sound Therapy Ltd. 🎵
Jacquie's Business Growth Accelerator Programme has been an amazing supportive journey for myself and I'm so glad that I joined. The seven sessions are planned out to make you think about your vision for business, how you are going to do it and ideas of how to get there. Jacquie doesn't do it all for you, but she certainly poses the right questions to make you think! Jacquie has been so supportive, especially where the 'number crunching' comes as this was quite a challenge for myself. My business confidence has grown because of the BGAP. I'm thankful to be able to continue having the support by attending the BGA Club that Jacquie leads monthly. I love customers and am confident we have a strong business proposition, however until October 2024 we were only completing a handful of chargers every month, because I couldn’t work out how to get new customers.  Then I started working with Jacquie Hale of Vector Business coaching.  During our monthly meetings she helped me find a way to get closer to Car dealers who agreed that our proposition was attractive and then how to get them referring customers to me. Making the car dealer my customer led to the rhythmic acquisition of business.

She also gave me the confidence to defend my price point against cheaper competitors who were offering lower quality customer service and ‘permission’ to recruit people that support our growth.  Jacquie has also given me strategic counsel as to the long term plans for the business and encouraged me to enter an awards completion leading to us winning Start Up Business of the Year at the prestigious Signature Business Awards.

Finally the numbers: we are now doing 10x the business we were 18 months ago and intend to double that again in the next 6 months

Prior to starting the BGAP the programme, my business lacked clarity and direction. I was trying to be all things to all people and getting nowhere fast. Through the programme I have delved deep into the workings of my business.  I’ve been deep inside the nuts and bolts of my business - stripping it back, challenging what I thought was working, and getting brutally honest about what actually isn’t. For me. And for my clients. And it was really hard, messy and very emotional. There were days when the easiest option would’ve been to give up, get a job, and retreat back into what looked like “safety”. But with the support and guidance from Jacquie and my fellow BGAPer’s, I was able to see this as a brand-new start. An opportunity to make things right and make the business work for me.

The BGAP has given me the space, tools and support to re-engineer my business in a way that works for me. I now feel I have more confidence to aim higher and deliver an even better service for my clients.

For anyone considering the BGAP? I would say this is your sign. Your sign to take a chance and relook at your business and re-engineer it in a way that works for you. I attended Jacquie’s The Shift workshop which was a fantastic insight into how she works and all of her expertise around building businesses. I then booked onto her B-GAP group coaching programme which has been absolutely brilliant; it was inspiring to be surrounded by business owners in various industries, all at different stages but each seeking clarity to move forward.

Jacquie has created a programme which truly makes business owners take a deep look in what is – and more importantly, what isn’t working – to help turn that into something that works for us individually.

As someone who is averse to numbers (I much prefer dealing with words), she broke everything down into digestible insights and actions to help make sense of the financial side, which has been an absolute game-changer for me.

The programme itself was also brilliantly run, with tasks set each week to ensure we were kept accountable while moving our business along at the same time. I don’t feel like I now have to start from the beginning and put all my learnings into play, as we did this with the coaching period – it’s simply a case of keeping up the momentum.

I recently worked with Jacquie through Vector Business Coaching because I desperately needed clarity, and I really needed some proper accountability, around what direction my business was heading in. After a tough couple of years (COVID, babies, the whole cocktail), I’d hit a crossroads and needed to figure out which service I actually wanted to lean into.
The group itself was brilliant. Jacquie has a great ability of bringing together people who genuinely complement one another. We were all different, but in exactly the right ways. And the accountability? Next level. Each session came with thoughtful, practical activities that forced me to really dig into the parts of my business I’d been skimming over. And asking myself questions I hadn’t asked in years, even through all the changes that have happened.
What I loved most, though, was Jacquie’s style. She’s warm, empathetic and genuinely invested, but she doesn’t let you off the hook. There’s a perfect mix of compassion, directness and tact that makes you feel supported while also keeping you moving.
